Your order will be prepared and shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving your online order. Once the order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification by email including a tracking number. * We only ship to Canada at this time

O'Sweetz.com will not accept any responsibility for products damaged due to weather. We will take care to wait for warmer weather before shipping your order so that it arrives in good condition. * During the summer and winter months, orders will not be shipped on Fridays to avoid orders remaining in the shipper's vehicle over the weekend.
