Frequently asked questions
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Sezzle (conditions apply).
What is the minimum order to pay with Sezzle?
Sezzle can be used on orders of $100 or more (taxes included).
How long does shipping take?
Your order is prepared and shipped within 3 to 5 business days of being placed online. Once it's processed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Orders are processed and delivered Monday to Friday. There are no weekend deliveries.
What happens during heat waves or extreme cold?
O'Sweetz cannot be held responsible for products damaged by weather. We'll wait for milder temperatures before shipping your order so it arrives in good condition. In summer and winter, orders are not shipped on Fridays, so they don't sit in the carrier's truck over the weekend.
How do returns and refunds work?
Products purchased from O'Sweetz are non-refundable. If you're not satisfied, contact our support team: we're always happy to hear your feedback.
