No, the contents are almost identical, but some flavors may vary.

The contents of the Chouchou boxes change according to availability. Our team always makes sure to create a box filled with exotic and popular products.

The date shown on Asian products is the production date, not the expiration date. Indeed, some countries do not have the same standards as in Canada. Asian products are therefore consumable 12 to 18 months after the production date (indicated on the product).

We accept the following payment methods: most major credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Sezzle under certain conditions.

Sezzle can be used for purchases of $100 (taxes included) and over.

Your order will be prepared and shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving your online order. Once the order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification by email including a tracking number.

Delivery is FREE for all orders of 75$+, shipped to QC and some areas of ONT. For ROC fees are 9.99$ For orders less than $75 before taxes, delivery charges are 9.99$ for QC/ONT and 19.99$ for ROC * additional charges may apply for remote areas. If this is the case, our team will contact you.

O'Sweetz will not accept any responsibility for products damaged due to weather. We will take care to wait for warmer weather before shipping your order so that it arrives in good condition.

* During the summer and winter months, orders will not be shipped on Fridays to avoid orders remaining in the shipper's vehicle over the weekend.

Delivery takes 3-5 business days to reach destination. We usually prepare orders in 48 hours or less. Some customers choose priority processing which ensures that their orders will be prepared before others. This means that we will place your order at the top and prepare it before all the other orders that are pending!
