O'Sweetz only ships to Canada at this time.
What are the shipping times?
Your order will be prepared and shipped within 3 to 5 business days after receiving your order.
Once the order has been processed, you will receive by email a shipping confirmation including a tracking number.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. There are no weekend deliveries.
What are the shipping rates?
Québec and Ontario
- Orders under $75 (before taxes): $11.95 shipping fee
- Orders of $75 or more (before taxes): FREE shipping

- Orders under $39.99 (before taxes): $29.99 shipping fee
- Orders from $40 to $74.99 and more (before taxes): $19.99 shipping fee
- Orders of $75 or more (before taxes): 11.95$ shipping fee

What happens during heat waves?
O'Sweetz will not accept any liability for products damaged due to weather.
We will take care to wait for the temperature to be milder during the heat wave so that your order arrives at your home in good condition.
* During the summer, orders will not be shipped on Fridays to avoid orders remaining in the carrier's vehicle.
What does priority processing mean?
We usually prepare orders in 48-72 hours. Delivery takes 3-5 business days to reach destination.
Some customers choose priority processing which ensures that their order will be prepared before other orders.
This means that we will place your order at the top before all the other orders that are pending!
