We accept the following payment methods: All the major credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Sezzle under certain conditions.
Sezzle can be used for purchases of 100$ (taxes included) and over.
Your order will be prepared and shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving your online order. Once the order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification by email including a tracking number.
* We only ship to Canada at this time
Delivery is FREE for all orders of 75$+, shipped to QC and some areas of ONT.
For ROC fees are 9.99$
For orders less than $75 before taxes, delivery charges are 9.99$ for QC/ONT and 19.99$ for ROC
* additional charges may apply for remote areas. If this is the case, our team will contact you.
O'Sweetz.com will not accept any responsibility for products damaged due to weather. We will take care to wait for warmer weather before shipping your order so that it arrives in good condition.
* During the summer and winter months, orders will not be shipped on Fridays to avoid orders remaining in the shipper's vehicle over the weekend.
Products purchased on O'Sweetz are non-refundable after purchase.
