Delivery is FREE for all orders of 75$+, shipped to QC and some areas of ONT. For ROC fees are 9.99$ For orders less than $75 before taxes, delivery charges are 9.99$ for QC/ONT and 19.99$ for ROC * additional charges may apply for remote areas. If this is the case, our team will contact you.

O'Sweetz.com will not accept any responsibility for products damaged due to weather. We will take care to wait for warmer weather before shipping your order so that it arrives in good condition. * During the summer and winter months, orders will not be shipped on Fridays to avoid orders remaining in the shipper's vehicle over the weekend.

Delivery takes 3-5 business days to reach destination. We usually prepare orders in 48 hours or less. Some customers choose priority processing which ensures that their orders will be prepared before others.
